1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• STOP-Bang answers: the score is calculated in your browser. If result logging is switched on, we store only the yes/no answers, BMI, sex at birth and score — no name or contact details, and not your exact weight, height or age.
• Contact and booking details: your name, phone number and the messages you send us by LINE or phone — this website has no contact form.
• Health data (sensitive data): symptoms, sleep study results and information needed for testing — collected only when you use a service, with your explicit consent under Section 26.
• Website usage: aggregate statistics via Meta Pixel and Google cookies.

3. Purposes

• To contact you, advise you and book your test
• To coordinate sleep studies, deliver devices and support CPAP use
• To improve the website and services using aggregate statistics

We do not sell, trade or disclose your data to third parties for marketing.

4. Sharing with Ittichai Clinic

Sleep studies are carried out in collaboration with Ittichai Clinic, a licensed medical clinic. When you book a test, we share the information needed (name, contact details, symptoms and device recordings) with the clinic's physicians so they can interpret your results, consult with you and issue a medical certificate. The clinic keeps medical records as required by Thai medical facility law.

5. Storage and processors

Booking information is kept in our LINE Official Account and Google Workspace; website statistics are processed by Meta and Google as data processors.

6. Retention

Contact data is kept for up to 2 years from your last contact, or until you ask us to delete it. Medical records are kept for the period required by law.

7. Your rights

You may request access, a copy, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time via the contacts in section 1. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee.

8. Cookies

We use cookies essential to running the site. Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel) run only if you press "Accept", and never receive your quiz answers. You can change your choice at any time. Change cookie settings

9. Changes

If we make material changes, we will update this page and its "last updated" date.
